Ombre Christmas Tree

Our family used to have a tradition. Every Black Friday, I’d get up at the crack of dawn and venture with my girlfriends to do massive amounts of bargain shopping, and Diana would stay home with our mom and put up and decorate the Christmas tree. But Black Friday has lost it’s charm and now I’d rather spend the day with my sister and get ready for the upcoming holiday. We started a new tradition :). Mostly I just unwrap the delicate decorations and untangle the lights — Diana is the mastermind — but this year (inspired by the trend on Pinterest), I suggested that we do an Ombre Christmas Tree. It was risky, but mom approved and we couldn’t be more in love with it!  We’d love to see your Christmas trees — put them in the comments!
